I cannot write a blurb without mentioning my sweet family. I have an incredibly handsome husband, Ryan, who is a mechanical engineer and the hardest working man I have ever met. My life found new meaning when I was promoted to Mommy and we welcomed our son, Remington into the world. It has taken an even greater turn as we welcomed identical twin girls and recently became a #Diazpartyof5!  I’m a bit of a gypsy soul and have trouble staying in one place for too long but I am currently back to my roots in NJ, creating new family traditions and we spend half the year in the mountains of Utah. You can find us at the beach in the summertime or gathered around our fire pit with our pup!

I am inspired by different artists as the seasons change. I love listening to Frank Sinatra & Cole Porter when the leaves are changing and my mug is filled with a hot latte. When wool cardigans and blankets start making their appearance, Christmas tunes are on full blast. When we finally spring those clocks forward, Ben Rector & Chris Stapleton acoustic vibes are on repeat. All summer long, I have Bob Marley playing with the windows open and salt water in my hair! But country music is where my heart belongs and it’s influence will always peek it’s way through my performances.

There have been nights where I left a stage with chills down my spine because I sang my heart out… and they loved it!

The music “biz” is constantly changing and in all honesty, I haven’t quite figured it out yet. I have performed the National Anthem for NBA teams, opened for artists like Blues Traveler, Spin Doctors and Dave Barnes, competed in the Miss America Organization and won talent awards that made sleepless nights in the practice rooms so worth it. There have been days where I’ve been stopped at the mall to sign an autograph because my music helped inspire a complete stranger. There have been nights where I left a stage with chills down my spine because I sang my heart out… And they loved it. Those are the moments I live for, and they are what dreams are made of.

Thanks for stopping by! While my business was established in 2006, I have been reinventing myself and sharing the joys of music with everyone I meet for longer than I can remember. After graduate school, I realized music wasn’t a gift or passion of mine but a part of my soul. I could not live without it and launched into business full-time. In the beginning, there were nights when I wanted to see friends (or stare at the back of my eyelids) but instead, I put on my sparkliest earrings to sing at an event three hours away to earn less money than I’d spend in gas to travel. But each gig was a stepping stone to the next and now, I am blessed to write and perform for a living!
